Warranty Exchange or Return for Analysis:
If you have a Fluid Meter “pump” or Valve that has failed within the 90 day warranty period, please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization number. We will send you a new unit in exchange for the failed unit to keep you running while the failed unit undergoes failure analysis to determine cause. This helps us build a history to key in on any patterns so a resolution may be reached.
If you have a Fluid Meter or Valve that has failed just outside the 90 day warranty period, please call us for the RGA# to send your unit in for failure analysis. We will perform a study to determine cause.
Upon failure analysis, we will make any suggestions for better performance (adjust pressures; add a sealant filter, etc).
It may be possible that we can perform a rebuild for a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
